Non-gendered rights campaigner Christie Elan-Cane was politely told to run along now by a High Court judge this morning. Thank God for common sense. She was told that there would be no X option available to passport applicants in the UK in the foreseeable future. So the non-gendered/non-binary will have to continue to choose between male and female when filling out the forms. Happy days, but it's only one small victory for common sense in this era of gender identity madness.

Elan-Cane has previously said that the passport process was "inherently discriminatory" and that "it is a basic human right to have your identity." I say that it's also a human right not to have to suffer these fucking eejits. After this mornings ruling she claimed that non-gendered people are "socially invisible" and being "denied civil rights". "I was not seeking special treatment. I was seeking to be treated as a human being," she added. Elan-Cane wants to be referred to as "they" but fuck that for a game of soldiers. She was born with a vagina and ovaries. She's a woman no matter what she thinks.

Sadly though, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Malta, New Zealand, Pakistan, India and Nepal already have a third category for the non-gendered or non-binary. Last year a Canadian newborn was issued a health card without a gender marker remember. God love that child eh? They're caving in to a tiny tiny minority of people and make no mistake about it, it'll eventually come in here too, despite today's ruling. Only last year London Underground agreed to remove the terms ladies and gentlemen from their announcements lest they offend the likes of Elan-Cane. For fuck sake!

In my opinion gender-confusion is a psychological problem. What fascists like Elan-Cane want to do, is to impose a way of thinking on the rest of us. They want to eliminate any rational and compassionate discussion around why people feel they are neither male or female, or why some males think they are females and vice-versa. They're after a homogenisation of sorts. People like Elan-Cane are pushing gender fluidity teaching into primary school classrooms and demanding that the national lexicon is changed to prevent causing offence. For example they don't like pregnant woman because in their eyes it is discriminatory to trans-females. Sheer madness. The trans-female can't carry a child but lets not offend her. That example is the tip of the iceberg.

I am sick to the back teeth of these clowns I really am. I've said it before and I will say it again, I absolutely support the right of any person to live how he/she likes. I swear to it. I hold no prejudices towards anyone. I might think that the person is deluded (and I do) but I have no right to interfere, none. I should (and do) treat everyone the same regardless of their chosen identity. But I won't stand for the fascistic tactics of some of these so called campaigners, who want to impose their choices on the rest of us and force us into treading on eggshells for the rest of our lives, worrying that everything we say might reduce one of them to a mass of quivering jelly. Enough is enough. Well done Justice Jeremy Baker, but the matter is far from closed.
