A leading researcher at Cornell University has claimed that strictly heterosexual men don't exist. Ritch C. Savin-Williams (lol), a professor of developmental psychology at Cornell University, says that men would be better off identifying as mostly straight. Now Cornell University is in the ivy league and is prohibitively expensive right? So it's fair for us mere mortals to assume that Ritch used the grant given to him, to conduct a credible study in a carefully controlled environment right? You'd imagine that the study was multi-layered, terribly complicated, took place over a period of years and has been peer reviewed yes?

You'd be wrong! Ritch stuck men and women in front of a smart TV, logged on to pornhub.com and showed his male and female subjects straight and gay porn. Now get this, Ritch found that Women's eyes dilated watching men with women, and watching women with women. And you've guessed it, he found that men's eyes dilated while watching women masturbate, and watching men masturbate - regardless of their stated sexual preference! Therefore concludes Ritch, nobody is 100% heterosexual! I'll pause here and make a cup of tea while you laugh your arse off. Give Ritch a Nobel prize he's a genius! He has a book out called  "Mostly Straight: Sexual Fluidity Among Men." In it, he claims that younger generations are increasingly open to 'looser boundaries', citing interviews with 40 men who insist that they are 'straight' but occasionally dabble in liaisons with other men. This is a lot of silly harmless nonsense right?

Well it might not be. It seems that a lot of time and money is being spent on trying to convince us that our gender is something that we can choose, that we can identify as whatever we want and therefore wider society must adopt a new vocabulary to accommodate the needs of gender fluids and transgenders. Drag Queens are reading stories to nursery school kids in the UK, primary schools are introducing lessons on sexual orientation and gender identity, introducing gender neutral toilets and now we see patently ridiculous studies like this are being held up as evidence that no one is 100% straight. When something comes out of nowhere and is suddenly everywhere, you've got to wonder what exactly is going on. I am a great admirer of those who fought (literally) for LGBT rights. I know gay men and women who were assaulted, abused and spat at in the bad old days of the 1970's and 1980's, when yobs thought nothing of kicking the shit out of some poor sod because they had decided he/she was gay. Gays lesbians and transgenders put up with that but didn't give in to it. They went out anyway and faced down the fascists. Their resilience forced a change in attitude towards them. I will forever be in awe of their courage.

Andrew Pierce is a Daily Mail columnist and a gay man. He wrote this last year:  In the past 20 years, gay people have become more mainstream, with civil partnerships and gay weddings widely accepted. Not everyone, though, was content to let gays like me — who came out in the Eighties and fought for equality — enjoy our new-found freedoms. The extremists among us became bored by what had effectively become conventional mainstream lifestyles. Rebels without a cause, they had to find a new one. And they did: gender politics......Frankly, until a couple of years ago I’d never even heard of someone being ‘gender fluid’, which is defined as ‘a person who may identify as male, female or any other combination of identities. The gender may also vary at random or vary in response to different circumstances’. Facebook offers 56 varieties of gender category to choose from on your profile, including ‘gender fluid’, ‘androsexual’ and ‘demisexual’ (when you are only sexually attracted to someone if there is an emotional connection). Mock this as self-indulgent claptrap at your peril. For the reach and power of gender politics is awesome. And its advocates are becoming more aggressive and intolerant.

I'm not sure that LGBT extremists are to blame. I've said as much on the RA Show. This came from nowhere and was everywhere all of a sudden. I believe that masculinity and femininity itself is under attack. Convention is being dismantled and children are being programmed to believe that gender is a dirty word and subsequently the sex you are assigned at birth is something to be questioned and not embraced. Childhood self-discovery is being thrown out of the window. Now they want to introduce the concept that no man woman or child is entirely heterosexual. It's utter madness right? This agenda seems to me to be relentless and If left unchallenged it will have catastrophic implications for humanity. Maybe that's the point.
